Sithambaram Sri Ganendran serves as the Chief Operating Officer of our organization, bringing over twenty-five years of extensive experience in the banking sector. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior management positions in both local and international banks, gaining deep expertise in operations, branch banking (across Retail and SME sectors), operational risk, business continuity management, business integration, process re-engineering, operational excellence, sales governance, and credit card operations.

Ganendran is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the United Kingdom and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). He also holds an MBA from American City University and is a member of the Association of Professional Bankers of Sri Lanka.
